Depending on trims, options, and overall demand, the price of a new Toyota Corolla may vary. The lowest-priced Corolla, the Corolla LE, has a base MSRP of $21,900 and the XSE which is the highest non-hybrid trim level has a base MSRP of $27,000
Trim Level | Est. MPG** | APROX. MSRP* |
---|---|---|
2024 Corolla LE | 32/41 | $21,900 |
2024 Corolla SE | 31/40 | $24,340 |
2024 Corolla Nightshade | 31/40 | $25,340 |
2024 Corolla XSE | 31/40 | $27,000 |
The Corolla LE and Corolla SE are the two entry-level trims in 2024. While they are very similar there are a few differences that may help you pick one over the other.
The first difference is price. The LE has a base MSRP of $2,440 less than its higher-trim counterpart, making it the most affordable new Corolla when it comes to upfront cost. The LE isn’t without its features coming standard with an 8 in. touchscreen, remote keyless entry, and automatic climate control.
Where the LE gains in price the Corolla SE makes up in features. The first of those being Premium sport seats, 18 in. alloy wheels, and Dynamic Shift CVT.
Reliability is dependent on two main factors: the driver and the environment. According to a study done by the third-party research company Vehicle History, the life expectancy of the Toyota Corolla is between 200,000 and 300,000 miles. Now Toyota has no official number on this, but with great care, there’s no telling how long a new Toyota Corolla may last!
For 2024 the EPA rates the new Corollas to have great gas mileage numbers. The best being the LElgetting up to 32 mpg in the city and 41 mpg on the highway.**
