I was contacted a reasonable amount of times in regards to when I wanted to come in, and what vehicle I was most interested in. Bill Arnold made my car buying process as straightforward as can be, once he had an idea of the vehicle I wanted most, he chose the perfect fit for what I wanted, and my budget. Bill listened to exactly what I wanted, and was able to make it so the first car I drove, was the best option for me. I was in the market to get a new lease for my daughter who goes to college in town, and the service I have had, from start to finish with the team at Toyota has been nothing short of fantastic. Michael was the lead sales guy who worked with me, and his professionalism, personality and knowledge were all exemplarily. we stayed in touch over the course of 4 months, he was never pushy, always accommodated my questions, and in the end was able to secure a fantastic deal for me. I can't say enough good things about my car buying experience. I was in an auto accident and was forced to buy a car without a lot of time to do so. Drew McCook listened to what I needed, recommended several that fit my needs, and did a great job of explaining the pros and cons of each vehicle, specific to what he knew was most and least important to me. He was also very accomodating of the limited time I could spend test driving vehicles, because of some pain issues from the auto accident. He didn't waste any of my time in test driving vehicles that weren't exactly what I needed, and he was able to push all the paperwork through quickly and efficiently so that I could be in and out quickly. The entire experience was focused around my specific needs, physically as well as financially, which has not always been my experience in buying vehicles. Everything, from start to finish, was a very pleasant, professional, and easy experience.

We came in on a Saturday looking for a Black 4 runner and we had special requests for the one we wanted to buy. Stormy went above and beyond to get us precisely what we wanted and she didn’t try and get me to change my mind or change anything about what we wanted… She was kind, precious person to deal with and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. But she was so good to us she had exactly what we wanted and even had running boards and stuff put on it that day. I purchased a new 2026 Rav4 Plug-in Hybrid from Tuscaloosa Toyota last week and couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience! I was searching in my home area of Houston, Texas for the right color/configuration but wasn’t finding what I wanted. So I got online, extended my search, and found that Tuscaloosa had the perfect car. Following my initial contact the General Manager, David DeSantis, reached out to me and we talked for several minutes to work out a tentative deal. He was straightforward, reasonable, and knowledgeable. After briefly discussing it with my wife I called David back and he put the wheels in motion to finalize the purchase. Soon after that I heard from Matt Headley with the sales team who started the paperwork. He expertly guided me through that part before handing me off to Teresa with the finance team. In no time the financing was set up and approved with no issues at all. Matt said he’d get the car ready to go and the only thing left to do was make the (625 mile) drive from Houston to Tuscaloosa with my trade-in to complete the deal. My awesome wife insisted on making the trip with me so after a couple days of rearranging our schedules we hopped in the car and cruised to beautiful Tuscaloosa, arriving at 3pm. Within just a few minutes, our salesperson Matt introduced himself before leading us to the new car. It was ready to go and waiting which I really appreciate. We took a short drive in my trade-in together before he handed it off to their appraiser to confirm that what Mr. DeSantis and I had discussed would be acceptable. Less than 30 minutes later I was surprised to see Matt, as well as his General Manager, walking over to my wife and I to say that everything looked good and we could finalize the deal. We were both impressed with David’s honesty and integrity, not to mention his easy-going demeanor. Being in the epicenter of SEC football, we discussed the Crimson Tide as well as my OU Sooners, and they took it well that I was a member of the opposition, LOL! From there we were escorted to the Finance Manager’s (Marcello Johnson’s) office to sign on the dotted lines (tablet screens actually). Marcello was expedient, funny, and absolutely a pleasure to work with. In no time we were done and heading back downstairs to take delivery of our awesome new Toyota! From the time we arrived at the dealership until we were driving out in the Rav4 it was approximately 90 minutes time. This was absolutely the best dealership and car buying experience I’ve ever encountered. Every single person was efficient, personable, and honest. I never felt pressured, and they gave us a very fair deal on a just-released new model. I recommend that you give them a chance to earn your business too!

I wish I could leave more than 5 stars. I have never had such an easy no pressure buying experience. I never expected the GM to work my deal from over the phone and just with such ease. David blew me away. When I pulled in coming from Nashville, Chad and David knew exactly who I was and came to meet me at the front door. The energy and just positivity in this dealership is truly unmatched. They introduced to Anaiya and when I tell you, you can't get a better sales rep I mean it. We visited your dealership on Saturday Feb 28th, to learn about and test drive a couple of different vehicles as we wanted to replace an older vehicle. Savannah, our sales rep, was so very patient, knowledgeable about both vehicles and generous with her time, even as we left for the day without making a decision. She followed up with us a few days later to let us know both vehicles we were considering were still available on that day, and again offered to assist us further if more questions or if we desired to drive them again. I continued to pray about this big decision until we made our choice and had peace about it. We reached out to Savannah and returned on Thursday March 5th to purchase our 2026 Grand Highlander Limited and had a joyful time with Savannah as she had everything lined up for us. Allowing our completion of paperwork to be easy and quick. We could not be happier with our experience with Savannah nor with our gorgeous new car!!! Both are special! Best car buying experience EVER!!!!

I went to see Mike and Taylor at this particular location. They made everything so smooth and did everything that they could to get me in my 2026 Camry. Where I felt defeated the entire financing staff figured out ways to help me in my circumstance very thankful

I bought a 4runner from the crew at Tuscaloosa Toyota and had a fantastic experience. Thelma Little was my online rep who reached out when I showed interest in the 4runner. I knew the color and trim I wanted and she scheduled an appointment and test drive the same day. Will Tindell was my sales rep and was fantastic. He had great knowledge of the vehicle, and was an all around great guy to talk to and work with. I have been to several other Toyota dealers in the area and this was far and away the best experience. Will was fantastic and I will be back next time I am in the market for a vehicle (hopefully not for a long time!)

My wife and I were looking for a new Toyota Crown Signia. Our first stop was at Tuscaloosa Toyota. There, thanks to the luck of the draw, we had Michael Baltins as our salesman. Not only was Michael very knowledgable about the automobile, but he had a no nonsense, no pressure attitude. To say that he was very helpful getting us what we wanted, would be an understatement. To say buying a car is an excellent experience is rare! Jason, Joe and Trey were amazing to work with. Price was negotiated in 5 minutes, no funny business with that or warranty!!!! I drove 4.5 hours and I’d of drove further. If you are looking for a Toyota do not look at another dealership, call Jason and he will take care of you!

My review is based on my visit/experience buying a used vehicle from Tuscaloosa being from out of state. I buy a lot of cargo vans for my carpet cleaning business. The cost of these vans has doubled in 5 years. I decided to try and find a good used 2020 with the 6.0 motor. (they switched to 6.6 liter in 2021). After 2 months of looking and getting close to where I had to get something. I found a gem at Tuscaloosa Toyota, actually 2 of them. The van was perfect, great price, really good low milage vehicle. I called up there the sales manager Bryan Christian and I made the fastest deal in car buying history. Jeremy Johnson was great with the paperwork. I flew down and the Tuscaloosa team picked me up at airport. Due to a misunderstanding I ended up there probably a day or to early. With a 10 hour drive ahead I must say these guys were above and beyond amazing. Taylor Phaturos got me on the road. They did not have to do what they did, I would say 99.99999% of Auto dealers would not do what these guys did for me. Wow is an understatement. I also met general manager David DeSantis they were so generous with me being from out of town. Just blown away. I would say this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I have bought 20 cargo vans over the years for my business from multiple out of state dealers. The vibe at Tuscaloosa is fun as car buying should be. They know how to source good used vehicles which I can tell you not all dealers know how to do. Tuscaloosa has it all figured out! Taylor Phaturos is a class act I can not thank him enough. My purchase was a 2020 Chevy 2500 Van 6.0 liter with only 7500 miles. What a van, what a great deal amazing!
