What are the requirements to keep this warranty in force?
There is only one requirement: Just follow the factory recommended maintenance as prescribed in the owner’s manual and maintain the records of service. You can even do the service yourself, or have it done at any service facility!
For a repair, do I have to bring my vehicle back to your service department?
Absolutely not! We would love for you to allow us to do the repair; but you can have the repair completed at any dealership or certified shop in the Continental United States, Hawaii and Canada!
Is there a deductible?
Yes, $100 is the deductible for covered repairs per covered component. Keep in mind the parts and labor that are covered will far exceed the $100 deductible.
What does this warranty cover?
This is a non-factory warranty that mirrors the factory’s 5 year/60,000 mile “Powertrain” warranty for as long as you own the vehicle. So simply refer to the owner’s manual.
What if I move to another state, am I covered?
Absolutely yes! This coverage is good anywhere in the Continental United States, Hawaii, and Cananda.
Is the warranty transferable if I sell the vehicle?
The Warranty is good only as long as you own the vehicle. The only exception is if you lease the vehicle new and buy it from the lease company at the end of the lease, then the warranty will transfer to you.
